"If you book through Expedia, the staff will make sure you know it. I booked a room with 2 beds, was given a room with one bed. To sleep 4 people. I was treated very poorly. It was very hard to get help, I was spoken down to and the line to check in was an hour long just for my room to be given away! My room was $253 and I got no amenities or help "

"Loved that it was close to the venue for the concert. Literally only a 3-5 min walk. Staff was nice and immediately gave our pass our room. Mentioned about my perks to get free breakfast and it was done in a breeze with no hassle. Room was good, clean, what you expect in a room. Breakfast buffet was super delicious. Would stay again for another concert :)"
