"This property is not kid friendly. There is no entertainment. They don’t have a club. The check-in was a nightmare - we arrived at 2pm and didn’t get to leave the lobby until 6pm - they said room wasn’t available but wouldn’t allow access to the property either. We were a group of 20 with 10 kids. ..."
