"Great customer service! I will say that the walk to the airport is not the safest as you have to cross major roads. It was very nice that they had breakfast items out at 3am! I would definitely stay here again. Also, totally not the hotels fault but, FYI at peek airport times ordering an uber /bolt can be difficult."

"Hotel was very clean, great location, large room, terrible air conditioning. The room was stuffy all night. Had the air turned to 19, that was as low as it would go,but the room temperature was at 23.5. Asked the front desk for a fan, told them the problem. They said they would send maintenance. Not sure if maintenance came or not because we went out. The shower had great pressure but the water at times came out scalding which I had to quickly move or I would have been burned. Check in...

"Excellent stay, pool was great, although the hotel is under the flight path for Malaga airport it didn’t bother us at all. We had a peaceful nights sleep. The hotel is also close enough to walk (10mins) to the shopping centre across the main road for a wide choice of eateries"

"Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraßenseite hin direkt am Aufzug, es war sehr hellhörig und zwar so hellhörig das ich dachte meine Nachbarin die telefonierte sitzt auf meinem Balkon. In der Nacht schrieen ständig Menschen und auf dem Gang hörte man auch alles. Leider ohne Ohrenstöpsel garnicht möglich schlaf zu finden. "Had a great stay at the H10 Croma Malaga - spacious, well air-conditioned rooms with dressing gowns, nice toiletries and a lovely rooftop area. It was however an expensive stay and as such, there were some areas that I would have hoped would have felt a little more 'premium' - for example, the rooftop area was busy and there wasn't always space to be by the plunge pool. There are no reclining sunbeds. In terms of the room, it was a superior double but actually was two twin beds pushed...

"Beautiful hotel… Rooms were large with separate sitting area. We had two rooms for sis people and lots of space. Beds were very comfortable and well appointed bathrooms. The amenities were amazing… Lovely pool and spa area, lots of different seating areas around the hotel and the bar and restaurant was great. Highly recommend!"
