The roof top terrace is a beautiful location to enjoy a cocktail or traditional pot of tea with stunning views! The meals and breakfast all good. Staff really helpful and friendly. "Great place, centrally located, convinience store next door, 10mins walk from Arbat/Panfilov/Ascension/GreenBazar. Hotel staff were helpful, the only place that offered water refills instead of std 2/ day plastic bottles. Mildom uses glass bottles + a large jug in each room that all guests could refill.very practical! Toilet with bidet is almost a luxury in Almaty! Food was awesome &a generoud spread compared to several others. HAPPY KIDS makes it worth the proce which is also reasonable given the entire experience"
