Correspondences with questions and requests were quickly answer by Elke - first, the very next day - due to 9 hours time difference. We are in Arizona. We did not end up using the upgraded room we paid additionally, I asked for refund, after returning in Arizona, I emailed them, providing my banking info. refund was in my account within 24 hours."
