"Booked through Expedia. Expedia indicated the amount that would be charged upon check in. Grand Lodge booked more than what was indicated on the reservation. I tried calling the hotel, the number is out of service. I found another number to call. They would not answer, rather they texted me and told me to call that number (that was out of order). They indicated, via text, that they knew the number was out, but just keep trying. So I'm disputing the charges on my card, I made a good faith...

"We selected a premium room which was actually located a couple of miles away from the Nordic Inn. The room is located in a mansion 2 streets from the Nordic Inn. It was nice to have the use of all the facilities in the mansion - huge kitchen, large living room, 2 decks, a hot tube, etc, but it is a bit of an inconvenience driving to get the free breakfast & to get ice. We stayed in the Telicali room, which was right next to the hot tub so and the walls are paper thin so be sure to bring ear...

"The advertising photo of the nice cabin is not the cabin we got and booking was misleading. No AC, no water, no bathroom, just the cabin and two outlets. The advertising is misleading as there was no coffee. The coffee house pictured is not open. The people were very nice, it was quiet and it looks like they are really trying to do some nice improvements. The shared shower house and bathrooms are very nice, just a long walk in the middle of the night. It was very nice for having our dog along...
