Run down hotel and images provided online are outdated. Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good but no fridge in the room and some repairs and updates to main building are needed. No spa services available during our stay, said they were fully booked for massages yet we didn’t see any other guests while there except for one group of 3 which we saw in the restaurant.

We were very satisfied. The resort has an incredible atmosphere of privacy and romance. The service is top-notch. You can feel the attention and care of the staff in every detail. We just booked for one night and were extremely impressed with everything. The resort is beautiful, our room was spacious and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast in the dining room. Highly recommend!

Great quiet place that has lots to offer in the way of wellness and spa treatments. You get full use of the spa amenities like steam and dry sauna, hot tubs and lots of other places to relax. Id go again!

Avoid this hotel at all cost. We spent two nights here and wanted to leave right after checking in. We had booked one of their superior rooms, which was a big room, but the room wasn't clean, the bathroom wasn't clean, we found hairs, dust and overall dirt all over the place. We didn't take our shoes off because it was so dirty, our socks were immediately dirty after walking through the room. Not sure where the retreat and spa part of this hotel was, there were 2 whirlpools and a sauna, but we didn't feel comfortable using them because we had no idea when they were last cleaned. If someone visits this hotel with a blacklight, I don't even want to know what they'd find... Breakfast was a joke, an 'avocado' toast was somewhat of a supermarket-bought avocado cream, no taste at all. We prefered driving 30 minutes to the next town for lunch and dinner, because it was that bad. Would not recommend to anyone, what a shame!

The room did not have many of the amenities listed- there was no hot tub, no spa tub, the phone and satellite TV weren't working. The room was a bit neglected and unclean. The staff were difficult to find. Issues during our stay were not resolved and the owner did not seem to care that the room was falsely advertised on hotels.com. Should have spent a bit more money and gone to Ste. Anne, Whispering Springs or another great hotel in the area.

Pros - pretty drive in the country, quiet, free parking, treatment options, size of room, Ayurvedic treatments were perfect and relaxing, staff were polite and professional, food is decent, outside grounds and walking paths are wonderful. Cons - not accessible for people with disabilities, too many staircases up and down, lounge where you wait for treatment is open to the public so people are walking in and out while I’m in my robe, my room was in the basement at the very end of a scary haunted movie hallway, the door to my room did not close flush against the threshold and you could hear everything both inside and outside of the room, there were an excessive amount of fruit flies in the room; I had to ask for insect spray, there was a walkout deck which was lovely, but being at the very end of the building was scary because there is no security or gate, so anyone can just drive in and access the property. There is no staff on the property at night… not sure what happens if something happens. The fire alarm went off randomly at night. The phone kept randomly ringing with no one on the other end so I had to unplug it. I did not feel safe so I could not relax and sleep overnight. The tv streaming didn’t work except for two channels. Change rooms and Treatment rooms are in the dark basement which is not relaxing unless you’re sitting in the pedicure room that has windows.

My stay at this resort spa was truly amazing from start to finish. The property is gorgeous, peaceful, and well-kept, it was a perfect atmosphere to unwind. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious. Each meal was very balanced and wholesome. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable.The spa experience was soothing and refreshing as well. Overall it was a wonderful mini retreat and I’d definitely return and highly recommend this resort spa to anyone looking for relaxation, great service, and a beautiful place to recharge.

Very nice quiet property. Grounds and trails are fantastic. Food in the restaurant was great. Overall the facilities were good. Nicely updated and clean, although we did have a clogged shower drain in our room, and the phone did not work.

Could use some updating. Steam shower in our room didn't work. Water took over 5 minutes to get hot. Meals were great and it was quiet.
