"The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. "Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber extrem kalt. Wie wir am nächsten Tag herausfanden, gab es im ganzen Haus Probleme mit der Heizung. Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass man nicht proaktiv darüber informiert wurde. Zusatzdecken mussten wir anfragen, wir wurden nicht selbstständig zusätzlich ausgerüstet. Ausserdem war die Fensterschliessung in unserem Zimmer defekt, die Fenster und der Balkonzugang dichteten nicht gut ab, was zusätzlich sehr kalt machte. "The owners who are mom and son are just the angels of the place. They go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and not go hungry. The property is awesome and the bar though small had all the goodies one needs. The Son is a true human being. We reached late and the dining was closed for the night. Even then he made sure that we got something to eat and made some fries and bread with butter and treated us to a very local peach schnapps to top the experience. The Mom is an excellent chef...

"This is an amazing hotel. Great room friendly owners and workers, amazing location. The breakfast is really good. They even accommodate making fresh eggs and a vegetarian omelette. They let us pick nick in the front garden and even gave a free ride to the bus stop. I would go back 100 times."
