Everything was great wonderful hotel great breakfast

This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK.

I stayed at the Hyperion during a last minute trip to Salzburg. The hotel is beautiful and the staff amazingly attentive. It is in a brilliant location- across the road from Mirabell palace and gardens and approximately a 10 minute stroll through the gardens and over the footbridge to reach the old town. Fantasy !!!

Red roses,champagne,duvet folded in shape of heart with rose petals arranged around it...unexpected for our wedding anniversary. View from our window was of river, castle, and old town. Perfect room in everyway. All the staff were friendly and helpful in everyway. Could not fault hotel in anyway. Best hotel we have ever stayed in on our travels over the years

Ulrike, who manages Front of House, was absolutely superb. She provided one of the best welcomes I have enjoyed in a hotel for a long time.

Great place

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. If there was a word that is above perfect, we would use it! Beautiful surroundings, big rooms, clean, a wide choice of amenities that you struggle to make a choice, friendly staff. A short review does not give this hotel justice. Easily one of the best I have ever stayed at, and you get to use the cable cars and busses for free too! This is the hotel for you if you love the countryside, mountains, and adventure, but also value comfort and style.

The room was clean and well presented, lots of space, I stayed in the double classic and the beds were very comfy. The staff were always happy to help with questions and worked with a smile and nothing was too much. We arrived back late hungry after an event and they even cooked us a snack. Hotel was brilliant, the main attraction was the setting, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It is also a 10 min walk to one castle and a short bus ride to the other. Would highly recommend.
