"Booked two rooms -- a 3-person family room and a deluxe double room for my family of 5. Had the confirmation numbers for both rooms. Both rooms, of course, are pre-paid on Expedia for months. Imagine arriving after a 10-hour train ordeal (track repairs) from Berlin on a two-week European vacation from California, only to be told they do not have the reservation for our 3-person family room in their system. They acknowledged my two confirmation numbers; they acknowledged I pre-paid for both...

"The staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking costs a little extra but it is secure and easy. The room was large with comfortable beds and the shower had plenty of space for toiletries. Breakfast was pretty good. Whilst the room was superficially clean, everything could do with a bit of a deep clean, such as walls or behind seat cushions. 10 minutes by car to the city. Good for a short stay."

"Wir hatten eine geräumige Junior Suite für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Türe. Die Altstadt erreicht man so in einer Viertelstunde. Die Arena ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
