"Staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and accommodating. There is a receptionist from Houston who is particularly smiley and wonderful. Spacious and clean room. I would give it 5 stars if anything in the gym or pool were working. Both treadmills were down and pool was out of order, which is a shame because there is not much of a safe running area outside. This is definitely a location where you need a car to get around, even to Buttermilk Falls, which is close by. Very easily accessible to...

"We canceled the stay. The room smells very bad, we asked for room change. Even we arrived very early, most people not arrive yet. The guy at the checkin counter didn't allow us to change to other room. He forced us to cancel the stay. It was a terrible experience to us, so sad.And so mad."

"For this type of hotel I would definitely expect a better coffee in the morning. It was regular item of coffee and a really tacky small cooler with jugs of milk. No flavors, no anything. The bartender was nice enough but had NO IDEA how to make drinks. Which was clear by her studying her notes and taking 10 minutes to make a drink."

"Hotel was bright and cheery. We stayed there for graduation weekend and there were festive decorations and snacks available as well as a welcome event. The breakfast was plentiful and there was an area to dine outside. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and we loved the kitchenette area. Our original plan was to stay at a more upscale hotel but after experiencing this hotel I would absolutely return."

"Breakfast until 11am had variety, although mostly carbs. Roadwork on main street wasn’t an issue when using the constant fan for white noise. The location was convenient to downtown and family we were visiting. Back driveway entrance came in handy with construction avoidance."
