"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "L’hôtel est d’une grande propriété, le personnel est d’une gentillesse. On a voulu manger au restaurant le soir et c’était complet mais le personnel de la terrasse on tout fait et nous ont trouvé une place et on a pu profiter de la vue magnifique sur les vignobles et le lac Leman. Les lits sont très confortables et la vue est magique. Je recommande cet hôtel même si le restaurant est un peu cher mais vaut vraiment le coup pour la qualité de la nourriture et la vue .. "

The staff were very pleasant and helpful but through no fault of theirs, the hotel is very poorly kept, is incredibly outdated and requires more investment in time, money and management. "Staff were wonderful! June was so helpful with questions, directions, and communication given that I only speak English--she was so lovely and gracious! They entire staff through my stay were so kind. Breakfast every morning was delightful and dinner in the restaurant was delcious as well. Great location tucked up in the hills with the bus stop right near by so everything was super accessible. Would definitely recommend!"
