"I took the room as a more affordable option than my usual Marriott stays. I prefer the brand consistency, so this was an exception for me. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, though just not the level of what I usually see at my typical Marriott stays. It's fine for what I needed, a cheap place to stay for one night."

"Bad area, suspicious people in the parking lot late at night loitering. Bad odors about the rooms and hallways. Grafiti on some of the walls. Did not feel safe. Staff all gathered in one area with manager lording over them. Same person working though the night working during the day. Breakfast a joke bare minimum, bagels, bread, apples, 2 cereal choices. There was garbage furniture visible in the back. Not up to standards of Windham. Like traveling to a 3rd world country. Never again, photos on...

"Nice hotel at a reasonable price"

"Very close to Saratoga Springs racetrack, although you can’t walk from there. The property is dated but well maintained and very clean. Our suite was very large and quiet."

"The room smelt so bad of urine and cigartettes is was nearly impossible to fall asleep. There were people outside of our room swearing and being loud. I would not recommend this as a place to stay for the price and if you are traveling with children."

"The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better"

"The breakfast was lacking. It consisted of a choice of bananas, bagels, pre-packaged muffins, toast, coffee, or juice. Its clean & convenient for visiting UA because its right outside of campus. Amble free parking. The staff was polite. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping nearby. Bottom line, don't expect too much more from the stay other than a place to sleep and wash."

However the hotel is between the on ramps to the 87so you just have to really pay attention when turning into the parking lot.The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean but really in need of cosmetic updates - painting and update the bathroom. Also there is no breakfast included as it states on the website. Coffee and tea were available though"
