Great little property. Simple room, but had everything needed. Exactly as advertised and a good budget option

This was our second stay here & stayed in one of their amazing panoramic rooms for 2 nights for my 50th. We really enjoyed the breakfast & visiting the local resturants and going to the local town easily by train & went to the top of the mountain. We also loved the pool facilities, but did not use the sauna as my wife and i did not feel comftable with the full nudety & as much as the jacuzzi & pool were great they really could do with being a bit warmer. But that was our only little issue &...

Beautiful spacious modern apartment in a good location . Wish there was an oven and a freezer as we brought some frozen oven meals for dinner and had to chuck them away but otherwise loved the apartment .

Really pleased with our stay here, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us on several occasions, the location is absolutely beautiful, I would definitely stay here again

Loved the view from the room and the private part of the lake was stunning

Pilatus Kulm is just an amazing experience and worth paying extra for.

Great hotel, would stay again. It’s a 5 min walk to a short train ride into Lucerne.

We had a fantastic experience, every member of the hotel team were amazing.

Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Free Parking, Bus stop out side, so why do you need to be in town?? This is the second time we have use this hotel & will do so again. Bus to Lucerne (Rail Station) every half an hour in each direction running late into the night & takes about 20mins buy a day pass - same price as a return ticket - and you can use public transport in and around Lucerne all day.. The hotel is in a very quiet village with with great scenery all around which you can soak in at your leisure from the rooms with...

Excellent stay, would go back!

The staff was very helpful and the room lovely! Thank you

We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.

Short bus ride (no. 24) from Luzern station. Open plan - no door to bathroom - very modern.

The Mountain View from the the dinner table was amazing , food delicious Did find the mattress was to soft for me also the pillows

forth time at this hotel. always excellent service

Lovely modern hotel, easy walking distance from the station and to the old town. No kettle in room it one provided upon request. Comfortable bed. Did not have breakfast as costs were too high. Would recommend.
