"Liked the location, central and within easy walking distance to everything. Didn't like the noise. Walls are paper thin so screaming kids in next room were clearly audible and annoying. As were the inconsiderate guests who hung around the lift and corridor making loud conversations which again easily passed through walls and door. Had to book taxi for airport twice as wasn't booked on initial request. Taxi never arrived and staff blamed lack of access to hotel road due to demonstration which was actually not near enough to hotel to cause impedance. In fact whilst waiting for taxi saw several pass by the hotel doors so the claim was false. Eventually suggested we walk to main road with luggage where taxi should be found. 20 yards into the walk on the same road as hotel a taxi actually came up behind us which we were able to hail. If you want a hotel with quiet, soundproof rooms and one that can reliably organise a taxi, stay elsewhere."
