"El mejor hostel que he estado, la recepcionista que hizo mi checkin que lastimablemente no recuerdo el nombre me dio tips de como disfrutar bien la ciudad de madera comoda, el hostel cuenta con inclusión teniendo casi la totalidad de empleados con un grado elevado de discapacidad, lo que me encantó fue pasar una hora por el corredor y escuchar los empleados planeando como irian hacer la fajina de una manera muy mona"

"Although this is a hostel type accommodation, we found it brilliant. Staff were great and very helpful. Room had 4 single bunk beds in it and bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was self service plentiful. Places to eat within a short(ish) walk. Was about 6 miles outside Barcelona and one of the routes to the hotel was blocked by roadworks which caused us satnav issues but that wasn't the hotels fault. "The hostel was actually very nice. I do want to give a shout out to both Marta and Alex. Marta was outstanding. She was probably the best customer service person I have ran across in a very long time. Alex is just as awesome. There were a few issues though I had asked twice to have the Lock on the bathroom door fixed, and I was totally ignored. So that was a problem. The other issue was the Internet. "Positiv: - tolle Lage! Gute Anbindung an Bus, Bahn - sehr nettes Personal - schönes Gebäude (Altbau) - hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad - hier war alles sehr sauber, Zimmergrösse ausreichend Negativ: - Zimmer und Bad sahen auf den Fotos größer aus… dem ist nicht so - Bad ist sehr klein - Personal war im Zimmer … es wurde das Bett gemacht und unten liegende Handtücher ersetzt , soweit gut, jedoch wurde nicht gewischt oder gestaubsaugt, dass könnte man hier verbessern "
