"Outstanding hospitality! The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed fresh popcorn and free cocktails for happy hour. The dinner buffet was delicious and the full variety breakfast offerings were hot, fresh and filling! The rooms were really nice too. We enjoyed a restful night. We will add this location to our return trip list!"

"The hotel was awesome! The manager, think her name was Kayla, was awesome. Very professional. The ac in lobby and hallway on 2nd floor must’ve been broke. Very warm there but the room was very cold!! Beds were very comfortable but a little too high to get in! lol I would stay there again! "

"We canceled our stay and asked for a refund. Guy behind the counter with his cap on backwards and wearing a tee shirt gave us a key card to a room with someone in it. The guy in that room said the same thing happened to him. Just glad I was not shot. The hotel clerk gave us a key to another room and it did not work. That’s when I canceled. The property had weeds and grass a foot high. We got a look at the pool on the way out and it was not usable. W My worst experience with a Best Western or any Hotel. I just hope I get my money credited back to my credit card. "
