"Breakfast was not the best. One day they were out of milk for the cerial. Bathroom shower was not the cleanest. Other than that the staff was nice and helpful. The front desk rep moved us to a different room because the fridge was not working."

"Easy check in. Had plenty of room. The only complaint was the sofa bed, had one blanket but no sheets. I know we could've asked, but we just pulled off the top on the beds and handed a few of the extra pillows and was set. Overall, it was good."

"This was a last min reservation for me since the Wyndham we had planned on staying in had mold all over the furniture and the room smelled terrible. The room was very clean and not outdated. At this price point it is well worth it. Parking also felt safe. Unfortunately the beds were a little too stiff for me and breakfast was picked up 15 min before their posted time. Not a big deal."

"I enjoyed having a mini kitchen, very helpful. The breakfast muffins were old. Night before I had an 8 hour drive ahead of me the fire alarm went off all night/morning. Staff was apologetic but I was so irritated it did little to calm my nerves."

"When we got there we found roaches in the room and the sheets were stained and the guy said there was Nothing that could be done because housekeeping was not there and didn't even agree to switch us rooms there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and there was no soap in the bathroom the pool was filthy and so was the area around it. Breakfast was ok but the potatoes were plain and dry but the staff seemed to walk to talk in another language when I brought this to there attention or when I came...

"Room service was supposed to be done on day 2. We piled up the all the towels to make it easier for them only to come back late at night to the pile of towels. We used the same dirty towels that night. Mold was also showing above the shower. Shower head had terrible water flow. Staff didn’t honor their refund for night if we weren’t satisfied. Something about a breach in contract."

"1st asked for a 2 bedroom suite; that is what I booked when I arrived they had to split us; glad my party was old enough; 2nd billed for a pet fee; my animal is a service dog; still waiting for that credit to adjust. 3rd the pool needs a deep cleaning and the hot tub would not work. Gym floor was wet; the free breakfast needs a new chef or pre-cooked vendor needs to be changed. I hope they go under renovation soon for the price and the property is not worth it. Sorry to the staff ; I know yall...

"We had to stay s week our apartment was being painted. So we made it into a little vacation. The rooms and the service was amazing yet I wouldn’t eat the food. They served the same food the 5 days we were there and sometimes my grandchildren swore it was left overs."

"Nice hotel. Good variety of hot and cold breakfast items, including the typical Texas shaped waffle iron 😊. I have 4 stars because there were a few minor items in need of maintenance in our room. We gave a list at check out so hopefully those will be addressed. Great location for exploring the north side of San Antonio. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat. I usually take more pictures but I did get one of the amazing local inspired mural in the main lobby area."
