My experience was just ok. Breakfast was good. The area was clean. The hotel was outdated. There are soft spots in the floor in the room and bathroom. There were signs that renovations were coming and that was a great thing. We didn’t have hot water for an entire day. They knew it was an issue but didn’t say anything. Having to take a cold shower was not a great experience. Hot water was restore the morning we left.

We arroved friday oct 16 there was NO hot water at all!!! They didnt even clean our room for 2 days till i had to ask them to clean or wouldnt even pick up the trash. What was bad was the hot water had to have my disabled mother take cold baths they didnt ask me to change rooms or nothing at all. When u forst got there the first girl was nice but on sunday and monday the girl at front desk who i had asked about the hot water seemed she was bothered because i was complaining she didn’t apologize or nothing at all. A girl with glasses. Breakfast was the best thing out of all our stay. Other than that it was the worst horible stay

We stayed at this hotel while visiting Fiesta Texas because it was half the price of the hotels closer to the park. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, a mall, and a Walmart. There are signs up in the hotel saying that they will be renovating soon. You can tell the hotel is older and really needs renovating, but it was clean and met our needs for the price. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool.
