Wenn man zu spät zum Frühstücken kommt, muss man eventuell auf einen Tisch warten. Das Hotel informiert auch darüber, wann das Restaurant normalerweise voll ist. Wir sind zufrieden und empfehlen es weiter (Familie mit 2 Kinder)."

"Clean. Staff and service mostly OK. Some very good some very poor. Property in general good condition. But I have a serious issue with facilities. The pictures show a swimming pool. But the swimming pool is not part of the hotel at all. It’s across the road. It doesn’t belong to the hotel at all. This is only visible in the small text . This kind of advertising is unethical in my view. We booked this hotel because we believed it had a pool. In the end, the public pool was actually closed so we couldn’t even use it. The location and general area around the hotel directly on the river is quite nice. Our room was rather noisy in the morning. I believe we were located over the reception so there was lots of coming and going. Parking is very limited. When we arrived, we got the very last parking spot, which was very tight. "

"Uncomfortable beds, room was vaguely clean but still lots of cobwebs. Front desk tried to get me to pay for the room again even though it had been paid for through Expedia. This happened several times despite Expedia calling the front desk - eventually it was sorted, but it took a lot of my time chasing it. To be clear, the Expedia support was very good - it was the hotel that was the problem. Breakfast is poor (for the price). I would not stay here again."
