"I had a wonderful stay at the La Divine Comedie during my recent trip to Avignon. The staff was warm, accessible and accommodating. The grounds were beautiful and the room was absolutely spacious and lovely. The staff was able to arrange transportation and tour guides for me in advance of my arrival to Avignon. I would highly recommend this a stay at La Divine Comedie for anyone who plans on visiting Avignon. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely family owned hotel. The owners are delightful and the rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. The hotel has an outdoor pool across the street, but the air temperature was too cool for us to go swimming. We had read nice things about the hotel restaurant, but we happened to be there on a Thursday, which is the one day that it’s closed. "The manager was so helpful. He showed us a map on how to find free parking and was waiting for us to check in even though we were a little late because we did not understand how to park our car during check in. Very good stay and located well for walking the area."

"Absolutely the friendliest, most helpful staff we encountered on our 4 city trip. The room, loft and ensuite bath were spotless. The location to the train station was an easy walk. Also, very easy walk to everything we wanted to do. The only suggestion is that they should invest in darker or even blackout curtains. The large bed faced the window with the street light."
