"Attended an event at the Shah Alam Theatre, so the primary reason for booking this was the location. Staff was friendly and helpful; the onsite food options were good and convenient. Didn't explore the area so cannot comment on it.
Property is showing its age, and I hope the owners invest in an upgrade. Furnishings showed distress; carpet slightly worn; bathroom porcelain was colored; one elevator kept stalling. However, was pleased with the stay."

We booked 2 bedrooms unit for 5 people to stay 6 nights. We arrived at the property around 11pm, we were told they can only provide us a 1 bedroom unit with no other options. We were so helpless don’t know what to do since we were traveling from other country. After 11 hours flight with 2 kid and a senior end up we have to squeezed in a 1 bedroom unit. The host did not motivate to take care of the refund. So I have to contact Expedia every day to work on the partial refund. It took me 5 days to communicated with Expedia to the get the partial refund. What a nightmare!!"
