Hotel All-In di Altinkum

"We stayed in a two bedroom/one bathroom suite (2 adults and 3 kids). Housekeeping was very clean and kind. They made swan towels and hearts on our bed and left us fruit and wine and sweets in our room. The water park is fun for kids and adults (including toddlers) but the water is cold. The main pool is heated, which was very nice. But it was just a bit small and the water itself wasn’t the cleanest. I wish the water filters were more effective. The beach was the biggest disappointment for us...

"Food and restaurant concepts quality as well menu offerings. Very low quality and confusing with allot of name of the inches doesn’t correctly represent the food being served . They try to make the best out if it but for the food they get 3 out of 10. They need lots of work to do"

"I guess I have been spoiled by the all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. The resort staff are very helpful and friendly to guest, however the front desk staff needs training on customer relations. I had a problem with the room safe not working and spoke to the front desk. They told me the bell boy will take care of it. The bell boy came and looked at the safe and determined the batteries are dead. He asked me to wait while he went for new batteries. After an hour wait he did not...
