Pillows were amazing. Bed was comfy. Room was big. Pool was heated and amazing. Pool room lights were off, we thought it was closed, but the clerk turned them on for us.

My stay at the Hampton Inn hotel was great! Very clean and the customer was top notch! There was also complimentary breakfast of a wide variety of foods! I traveled from Oklahoma City to Altus on this stay.

The staff was great. The hotel needs refurbished. It has a smell of cigarette smoke. The carpets were dingy and old. However, the breakfast was really good.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was just so so. We decided to eat elsewhere. The area around the tub was mildewed. They allow pets and a big dog was barking every time it heard a sound. It was awful.

The staff we met were awesome. The property is nice from the outside. However you could see the torn sheer curtains from the front outside. The room was clean but the condition was a different story. The sheer curtains were shreaded and the bathtub had a large crack and mold in it. Also the pool (which is why we booked this location) was closed. We could have saved 1/2 the cost and stayed at another hotel down the street. Breakfast potatoes had dirt on them

Ir is a lovely hotel. I boked there because it was pet friendly but the list of restrictions for the pet were difficult for us. Our dog is elderly and deaf so its not like I can give her a voice command and expect her to obey. I am in the process of trying to teach her hand signals but her deafness is a relatively new situation. I probably won't book there again because of the resrictions. I understand their purpose but i don't want to spend every second being concerned the job might jump on the couch. The facility is nice and the breakfast was very nice with lots of choices.
