"The hotel is in a great location, close to many choices of restaurants and places of interest to see. The staff went out of their way to make the transition as soon as we landed as easy as it gets. Transportation from the airport, places to see, restaurants, even set us up with a private tour of the canal. We will definitely be coming back and this will be our choice of places to stay. Thank you fir a great trip."

"This hotel has a ton of character and is one of the coolest I've ever stayed at with a UNESCO designation. Staff was friendly, the water facing view from the room with the square below was really cool, and it's in a central location. Beds were a bit on the firmer side and pillows were really wide. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"The building is great, the apartment was perfect, the staff superbe, and they take care of the building, guests and security. There is a supermarket across the street which makes your life so much easier. The issue, as others have mentioned, is that the building is at the limit of the safe area in the neighborhoods near the casco viejo. There is also a soccer field and some type of local dancing that are always playing something and very loud (obviously Casco View has no control over this)....

"Good location but property is fairly run down in poor condition. Biggest problem is the staff who can not communicate at all in anything other then Spanish which is a big negative if it is trying to grow tourist business. Elevator is over used and very busy with non residents using it to go to rooftop bar that it becomes a big inconvenience for residents trying to go tonthir rooms having to wait for throne for a long time especially at night or late evenings. If one would have an alternate...

"If you ever want to sleep do not stay here. The noise from nightclubs is unbearably loud - till sunrise. The room literally shakes all night with the volume. I unexpectedly needed accommodation after being robbed at gunpoint so booked in a bit of a panic. Paid $100 US for a private ensuite room with balcony and sea view which I was not given at check in. Was moved to another room but it did not look like the photos - and def no view. I have stayed in a lot of hostels so have realistic...

She does the best to please guests and make them feel at home I appreciate everything they did while I was there I definitely would recommend them to families too. also I will miss her wonderful breakfast food options .The pool is beautiful and wonderful too. "I stayed in one of the private rooms with a private bathroom for 2 weeks. The room and bathroom were clean upon my arrival. The bed was not the most comfortable however the staff and amenities made up for it. The community kitchen has 2 refrigerators for storing your food. There are an abundance of utensils, dishes, pots and pans to use. If you don't feel like cooking you can always order delivery through Uber Eats. I used it twice while I was there and had no problems. Check in was very smooth....
