The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and although our room was not ready, we were able to change clothes and freshen up and they stored our luggage for us, moving it to our room when it was ready. The location is amazing-right in the heart of the old town, and very safe to walk around in the area. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean, with a little balcony overlooking the street. Loved everything about our stay!!

Lovely building convenient to all of Casco Viejo. Lots to see and do. Very comfortable room. Rooftop bar of the hotel’s second building for latenight activity. Check out the indigenous Guna’s textile art at the Mola Museum around the block and support indigenous artisans selling authentic molas along the Paseo las Bovedas.

I found the location of Hotel San Felipe to be perfect—it’s right in the heart of Casco Viejo. I could easily walk to the churches, explore nearby shops, and enjoy so many great restaurant options just steps away. Even at night, I felt completely comfortable walking around the plazas, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating, and my room was clean and spacious. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and happily recommend it to my friends.
