"Phoenix’s best selling point is its location. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are nothing special, the bathrooms/showers are on the smaller side. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. You have to pay to park (that’s anywhere in Copenhagen) and it costs about $50 USD per day. The biggest issue we ran into was upon check-in where we had to switch rooms twice because it was clear they weren’t cleaned very well before we arrived. Stains on mattress covers and sheets as well as hair and crumbs in the sheets, suggesting they weren’t changed between guests. I expected more from what is considered a 4 star, luxury hotel but I don’t necessarily feel it’s a bad deal. The locations truly is very centralized and great to be your hub for your vacation."

"Arrived late and used this hotel as a stopover. It was one train stop away from the airport. Breakfast was good. Room was small but comfortable. Shower floor is also the small bathroom floor which is a little awkward but workable."
