"It is a shame that the hotel has such qualified and friendly staff, yet the person in charge—the manager—displays such a poor attitude toward guests. Kudos to the staff, with the exception of this individual who completely lacks ethics and professionalism; he ought to lead by example, yet he is defined by his ignorance. A very special thank you to the receptionist, who was incredibly attentive and kind."

"Zona Z is a wonderful property! I stayed for the weekend and it was so peaceful. Fia does excellent massages. Pia and Marcella were very accommodating with my arrangements and arrival. It’s a good location in the Romantica Zone, easy walkable access to food and amenities. Would def stay here again. There is a balcony and pool which you can chill. My only con is the steps (which you will see in other reviews). There is no elevator or lift so be prepared to walk. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay...

"Great property but the $500 was a bit much. Especially since the hold does not go towards incidentals like food and you had to pay for incidentals in cash or on a debit card at the end of the stay."
