"I just returned from a 9 night stay avdchete are my observations: The hotel is very centrally located and just seconds away from the beach and the main bars and restaurants. It has good sound proofing so no disruption to sleep or rest. "We stayed for 20 nights and honestly wish we could have stayed even longer. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The reception team, restaurant staff and bar staff were all exceptional and always made us feel at home. Our room (Junior Suite B11) was spotless every day. Housekeeping did an amazing job throughout our stay and everything was maintained to a very high standard. During our holiday we were unfortunately unwell for a short time, and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more caring and supportive. Their kindness made a real difference and is something we will always remember. Towards the end of our stay, our daughter joined us for four nights. The hotel arranged a Deluxe room for her at short notice and helped organise her transport, making everything completely stress-free. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and watching the sunsets from the hotel never got old. This wasn’t just a great hotel, it was a place where the staff genuinely cared about their guests. After 20 nights we felt more like friends than customers. Thank you to Andrick and the whole team for making our holiday so special. We left with wonderful memories and sincerely hope to return one day."
