"Receptionist seemed new. Not very welcoming and very quiet. I had paid extra for a bigger room with club lounge access but she didn’t mention this until I asked . Then after she looked again in the system, she said “oh ok I’ll add vip access” as if she was doing me a favour. I then showed her my booking and she again said “yeah I’ll add vip access for the lounge”, once again not really acknowledging that I had already prepaid for this. "The communication on how to enter the property was clear. We arrived late at night there was water for us which we were thankful for. It was a short stay, just to sleep, but the place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you"

"We stayed just one night, accommodation is clean but basic. It is 5km from the airport but the taxi takes 20-25 minutes. I paid 35 euro as we were 5 people (most pay 25 euro). I can’t say much about the host, I did ask for help with calling a large van but I think because I turned down the airport transfer of 50 euros through them she was not willing to help. She did tell me I could try taking the bus or call 2 taxis ( I was able to find a van but disappointed as I was travelling with 4 kids)."

"This is a bare basic property. There was no service at all, including lugging heavy luggage up three flights of stairs ( I was traveling, solo) I thought it was an airport hotel but it cost me another €25 beyond the airport to get there past the airport from Pireaus port. I’m not sure how two people could even navigate in the room. It is like they thought everything and then crammed it in there with no space available. I guess you get what you pay for."
