The equipment and facilities were also good, nothing important was missing. "A hotel with amazing staff and an extremely helpful owner manager. Beautiful art deco style decor throughout and a lift to all floors as well as stairs, if you would prefer. The reception area is very well kept and the dining area, of to the right, is also. The rooms are delightful, we had good views of the terrace below and could see the main tower in the square from both windows. We had room 8.1 which I believe was a larger bed. "The room was lovely! Clean, very spacious and comfortable! Staff were friendly however upon arrival we were told several times there would be someone to help us with our bags but there was just a small girl there and she said she could not help. We are on holiday for 2 weeks and had 2 very heavy bags. We were told they were on the 2nd floor.. but that is also not true. We climbed 4 flights of stairs by ourselves with a total of 90 pounds of bags. We did not appreciate the misinformation. "
