Rooms were a little dark but comfortable and well thought out. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Hot dishes at breakfast were freshly made and quality of produce very good. "Fantastic hotel in brilliant location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit different but wonderful and servers were always offering more. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and would highly recommend although there are many nice restaurants nearby. Loved everything about hotel Balthazar and would definitely book again next time in Krakow."

"Hotel, location, staff all excellent staff. We didn't particularly enjoy the breakfast, but that was just personal preference and nothing to do with the selection on offer. Special shout to Vladis-Lav, who was on reception in the evening, so very helpful. Also I would recomend the pick up/drop off car service to the the airport"
