Great hotel, service and parking!

This hotel is in a great location, close enough to the main square but far enough away you don’t hear the hustle and bustle at night. Parking was very convenient and the service was perfect!

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious and the shower was great. The”spa” area is rather small, basically only a sauna, and you need to let them know an hour in advance if you wish to use it. Pretty close to the tourist part of town so we walked most of the time.

Parking at the hotel, and in downtown Krakow in general, is limited and very expensive. Be sure to confirm a booking for a parking spot with the hotel directly. Great location. Very walkable to all the main sites in the old town.

Awesome Hotel In A Great Location

Very clean and high tech. They have plenty of outlets and the wi-fi and breakfast were wonderful. The only thing missing was a blow dryer. We had a suite and I loved the “Disco Tub.” The jets were very welcoming after a long day of walking around town. The hotel is also in a great location and very quiet.

Best kept secret in Krakow

This hotel was such an amazing find. The property is lovely, the staff so welcoming, the room was spotless and the location is perfect. As a World traveler and travel blogger, I give my praise and criticism with care. Rest assured that you should stay here when in Krakow. Tip - if you are coming via car, contact the hotel to try to reserve rockstar parking. It is worth the cost.

Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well.

Deluxe leilighet 9/10

Vi hadde deluxe leilighet for en helg, og den var fantastisk; bad med toalett tilknyttet stua der barnet sov, og toalett tilknyttet soverommet vårt, som også inneholdt badekar. Det var stor plass i leiligheten, med lite kjøkken og veranda. Temperatur og lys kunne styres i hvert rom slik man ønsket. Det er likevel noe negativt: Sovesofaen var ikke god å sove på, det trekker ned for komfort. Badekaret var ikke helt tett, så det rant vann på gulvet da vi brukte det, selv om vi passet på å ikke skvulpe over kanten. Frokosten var veldig god, de har meny hvor man kan bestille det man ønsker i tillegg til buffet. Alle ansatte man møtte, var høflige. Stort pluss for vanndispenser med iskaldt vann, med og uten kullsyre, i lobbyen! Beliggenheten var cirka 5 minutters gange til gamlebyen, og man følte aldri at det var langt å gå tilbake til hotellet. Flere små restauranter/kafeer/Zabka i nærheten av hotellet, i et stille og rolig område. Jeg tok meg selv i å tenke flere ganger at jeg var veldig glad for å ha valgt dette hotellet.

Very impressive

The room was beautiful with a surprise concealed bed feature. At first we thought we only had a living room area, but then there was a button which brought a bed down from the ceiling, incredible. Everything was clean and beautiful. A lovely stay!
