Great stay

Had an excellent ling weekend stay with family at the Grand Ascot. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the staff were brilliant. My second visit to Krakow and Will definitely stay here again

Great hotel for Krakow visit

Very nice hotel in walking distance to old town. Whole hotel where very clean and nice. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights and everything was nice. Very friendly staff all over. Next time in Krakow we will stay here again.

Amazing!

Amazing hotel, great location! Definitely book the free sauna to warm up in the winter, you’d pay a lot of money for that in most other hotels! Rooms huge for a city break, staff so friendly and we would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Krakow.

A really nice upmarket property at an affordable price. Lovely accommodating staff. No issues at this place really, and they even let my friend who wasn't staying there keep his luggage there on my last day while we saw more of the city. Great restaurant also.
