"I normally stay here while visiting my daughters that attend VSU college. The staff is normally friendly and helpful. This past visit was by far one of my worst experiences. The room I stayed in the toilet was not stable to the floor and the handle was broken. When I went to tell the manager his response was there isn’t a maid around to fix it.
