"Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets"

"We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable."

"The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street."

"Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota is impressive. We were able to walk from our hotel through a pedestrian tunnel system to get to the hospital with access to other clinic buildings, restaurants and shopping. Very convenient for patients and families during the harsh Minnesota winters.I’m"

"Clean room and bathroom. Budget-friendly. Comfortable beds. The refrigerator was not cold. My 15 yo daughter and I only needed to stay for one night, so it was not a big deal. There was only one usable outlet near the bed, which prevented more than one person to plug anything in next to the bed. My daughter had an issue with that."
