"Booked the hotel a month in advance for memorial day weekend. We traveled as a band for a show we had in Sacramento. We checked in after our show to find that the room key reader was dead. The desk person said there was nothing he could do to get us into the room and there were no other vacancies so he would have to cancel our stay and refund us. It was a busy weekend, so we spent the following hour having to scramble for a last minute room somewhere and had to drive about an hour away to a room...

"The good things about this place was the staff and general cleanliness. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The parking was adequate and they provided breakfast. I didnt have time to eat there but the option was a nice surprise.The room also had a high ceiling which made it feels less claustrophobic. The bad things were items that couldn't be easily changed. The carpet was a little gross. Commercial carpet with no pad underneath that was well worn and definitely darker than it's...
