"I am a physician, and I travel frequently for work in NS. I was working the weekend in Amherst and decided to book my stay at the Comfort Inn. I arrived at the hotel around 2 pm with my bags, etc and went to the front desk to check in. The woman at the front desk, Rhonda, looked at me and said, "Check-in is at 3 pm," and then proceeded to ignore me completely. I was so put off by her that I looked for another property to stay. Unfortunately, I would be charged for the first night if I did not...
