The room was very nice. The view was spectacular. The staff were friendly and we had a nice chat with the bartender. Great location. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the hotel also had 7 tour buses come in after us full of teenagers. We could hear them in the hallways late at night ...

It was fine. The parking is horrible though. I wouldn’t say the individual at the check in was particularly kind or pleasant but I imagine she hears a lot of complaints each day with accessing the hotel. The breakfast was great The room was only okay, pictures make it look better than it is. Broken ...
