"Most of the staff was great and helpful. Room was good and breakfast buffet was amazing. We didn’t have shower gel in the washroom when we got the room and when we addressed it, staff came to replace the empty shower gel. We also had dinner at the hotel we stayed and food was amazing. We had a phone call to our room and they said that we could get 20% off for dinner but staff didn’t honour the discount and refused the discount at checkout."
