"Pulling up to this estate feels like you are in a movie! The building and rooms are so gorgeous and well maintained, we felt like royalty! Especially the breakfast, it was incredible and the best included breakfast of any hotel I have been to! "

"Relaxing short stay in a beautiful area of New Zealand - the room was clean and spacious, staff were relatively friendly and helpful. It was a short walk from the rooms to the main reception area and restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious. Would've been nice to have some sheer curtains or blinds to be able to let some natural light in without people being able to look in from the outside, but overall we had an enjoyable stay and hope to return again."

"We had a great 3 nights in a lovely spacious room with nice decor & and outdoor area. We walked into the town (15 minutes) each morning for coffee. Our only complaint would be that servicing the room didn’t seem to include any cleaning or making of the bed, just fresh towels if requested. This was despite having a service request sign to hang on the door. It seemed strange to us & compared to other motels we've stayed at."

"I enjoyed my stay. Although parking was quite tight. I also was disappointed, because I had an EV, that I wasn't informed that there were charging points available. I only found these by chance. Great location, just put of Queenstown. But nice and close to Airport and good shops nearby. Apartment was well stocked with cutlery."

"Great location in a shopping location and not in the craziness of Queenstown centre. Plenty of food shops and nice coffee close by. Love the happy hour and restaurant facility. Lovely staff. Great room, bed, pillows, bath condiments etc. always stay here when visiting Queenstown ."

"Wasn’t my best experience this time. No furniture that made it easy to continue work or even have a meal there which I found odd. Booked a mountain view room which I did not receive. I would reconsider if I would go back again. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy."

"Beautiful room in a beautiful location. The room was very luxurious and well equipped, you couldn't ask for any more. The only negative would be if you only offer a King bed have a King mattress not two singles together with a topper covering the join The staff were very helpful and friendly"

"Parking is a real issue. There is a parking garage for the same cost as the outside parking, but it can be hard to see. The free on street parking is very limited. In addition, there was a wood burning fireplace that spread smoke smell throughout our entire building from basement to 2nd floor. It actually made our room hazy and irritated our throats. The smoke was an issue for all three nights. The hotel is also a solid 15 minute drive to downtown Queenstown."

"Issues with our room, the kitchen & bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, the bathroom door latch did not work, so the door could not be securely latched closed. A glass jug of water was in the fridge frozen solid & broken. When I went to advise reception upon check out they were on the Ph & I couldn't wait any longer to let them know"
