Great location for an early flight from Amman airport. Nice property with an excellent restaurant. Rooms are pretty up to date. The property is a bit of a labyrinth but is clean and most areas are updated. Friendly and helpful staff that can arrange a paid shuttle to the airport. We had to leave at midnight and received a wake-up call on time and the driver was on time. It worked out very well.

We stayed 2 nights and only had a full day in Jordan to see Petra. This hotel is gorgeous! We wish we could have stayed longer. The family suite had 2 whole rooms with a full bathroom each and a mini fridge. They graciously accommodated with to-go breakfasts which consisted of a ham and cheese sandwich and lots of little breads as well as a juice box👀.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at Opal with my teenage kids and had a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast the next morning — the buffet was genuinely impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality, delicious dishes that rival those of a 5-star hotel. What stood out most was the exceptional room service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Usama from maintenance, who kindly helped us tune the TV and brought us water. His humility and eagerness to assist were truly appreciated. Thank you, Opal team, for making our short stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

Overall if is a great hotel, I have never understood the construction concept where there are lips at doorways vs a threshold. Toe killer when stumbling around at night. The staff was great, very accommodating especially after coming in late from an international flight. The rooms were clean, the halls were quiet, the hotel itself is actually quite impressive to pull up to at night all lit up and shining like a diamond. I will stay there again for sure, quick ride to the airport which makes it super convenient for travelers.
