The receptionist Wisam was so kind when solving our problem as we had a problem that hotels.com consider a 13 years old as a child but the hotel rules don’t so we had to pay extra money for her. Club lounge all staff are so kind and professional

BEST HOTEL EVER

This was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at, if not the absolute best. We had a premier room, with a balcony with the most beautiful view. Aya (guest relations manager) helped me set everything up for me to propose to my girlfriend. She went above and beyond in helping organize everything and honestly made our trip the absolute best it could have been. Can not recommend this hotel any more, had the best night ever

Had a two night stay here as part of a bigger trip around Jordan. Hotel is very beautiful, finished to a high standard and frequented by the rich and famous of Amman. The pool area was great but there were preparations for a large event so closed earlier. The room was lovely but day one only hot water and day two only freezing cold! The maintenance fixed the issue but there was nothing forthcoming by way of apology or compensation which seemed inconsistent with a 5* prestigious hotel. After commenting on this the manager offered 20JOD… We subsequently stayed at the Fairmont opposite on the last night and can highly recommend this for stunning rooms, incredible personal service and the most out of this world Asian restaurant.
