"Property completely misrepresented on the pictures provided We arrived late night, and place just scary looks completely abandoned, and looks like in the horror movie. We just opened entrance door, and left even not getting into the room itself. No light inside. Smells very strange. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I called Expedia next morning asking for the full refund. Request was rejected by property owner Nice work Expedia Thanks "

"The place was just dirty, hallways never vacuumed. Rooms if you looked close enough not to clean. The same dirt and pennies were literally in the hallway for my whole stay. Room key kept failing so needed to be reset constantly. Very small tv and reception was not good a lot of times. Probably won't be back it needs a complete overhaul corporate should visit they would be appalled "

"It was so disgusting and gross. It’s like a big bottle of germs. There was food on the carpet. No one cleaned the room. Daniel was very nice. He put me in a different room. That was not as filthy. There was no soap and there was no Kleenex. I would not stay here again. And I think Daniel deserves another property to work at. I’m not very picky and there’s not a lot you can expect from a holiday in express, but one of the things you should not experience is wonton shells on the carpet. You...

"Really nice gym. Good breakfast with wide selection and plenty of fresh, quality food. Breakfast staff is particularly attentive and clearly cares about the quality of their work. We loved the little messages on the bananas. Room was very clean. A very pleasant experience overall."

"Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."
