"I left home to go on a trip to Greece, our connection flight was delayed by 1 hour so we missed the connected flight so we stayed in Montreal for the night. The hotel would not reimburse us for the 1st day of the pre paid hotel even though we called Expedia the day before which contacted the hotel directly. "The staff was great, the hotel was clean and well kept. The rooftop pool/bar was a lifesaver given how hot it was. I didn't give it 5 stars because the beach was actually across the front highway (which I believe was the same for other "ocean front" properties). The other issue was with the person on the beach that handles the beach chairs and umbrellas. He did not speak English and was actually yelling at us on the beach as we couldn't understand him. "I was disappointed with my stay. I stayed in a renovated room and the mattress quality was poor it shakes with the slightest movement. Pillows were definitely not a 5 stars quality. No coffee machine in room. The coffee station, blow drier, and iron quality is of a motel. The “room service menu” apparently should be called restaurant menu because they will make you pay “delivery fees” of €6."

"Hotel is very old. Room was clean but the walls were olive green so it was dark! Single room very small. One window that I was lucky enough to have a great view of the Acropolis. Shampoo and body wash small bottles, but no wash cloth! Bathroom needs upgraded sink and surround. Could use a mirror over the desk to use when getting ready.
