Poolen var meget slidt børnepoolen var nærmest så slidt at man ikke kunne være bekendt at sende sine børn der ned og den store pool var også slidt hvor der manglede flere musaiksten. Sengen på værelset manglede topmadress hvilket gjorde at den var mindre behagelig at sove på. Hovedpuderne var så store at man fik undt i nakken af at ligge på dem. "We stayed at Porto Evia Mare for 2 nights and had a great time! They just opened a couple months ago so it's a brand new place, very comfortable and with a great view! There was a small issue with our reservation and they provided a bottle of champagne for the inconvenience, what we really appreciated! I tried to talk to everyone and wanted them to know how lucky we were to stay at this fabulous property. I have been in many resorts and hotels but I have to say that my experience at NLH MATI Seafront-Neighborhood Lifestyle Hotels was fantastic friendly and clean. I also would like to mention I have been on 44 cruises too. I hope some day I can return. I am from the West Coast of Canada and this was worth the long flight."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Presidential Hotel in Athens. The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, and the rooftop area provided beautiful views of Athens. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and a pleasant experience for both business and leisure travelers. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the Presidential Hotel to anyone visiting Athens."

"Property itself is lovely and well kept. Pool grounds very nice. It was super windy that day so we didn’t stay long poolside. The front desk receptionist was not very helpful when we checked in. She didn’t provide any information and getting information was like pulling teeth. Bell boy was very helpful. At the bar pool side we suspect they are tampering with the alcohol. My husband had an Ouzo and immediately after started feeling very sick, tired, headachy. He is accustomed to ouzo, and at his weight of 275lbs, one drink has no effect. they are an all inclusive resort for some customers, so we suspect now they may be diluting with pure alcohol. We have no proof, but it’s a very strange coincidence. Room was nice. Bed comfy, linens nice. Breakfast was good next day. Never found the spa. The receptionist gave vague instructions which we tried to follow. We tried to get downstairs in a glass elevator near the lobby and we got trapped in that hot elevator for a while before we could get out. I don’t recommend it. The other small regular elevator was OK, but it doesn’t lead to the spa on the lower level."

"Mosquitos the size of my head in our room…counted 7 giant mosquitos in our bathroom. Luckily we were only in the room for one night and we were so sketched out by the place we ended up staying out all night so was only in the room for four hours. Left with bites and a tension headache."

Friendly helpful staff at front desk and dining room staff is excellent Clean and well maintined executive suites and complimentary services. Enjoyed several exceptional meals and breathtaking sunset dinners rooftop."
