Disappointing Experience at Hotel Infa Amritsar

I recently stayed at Hotel Infa Amritsar, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel's location proved to be a challenge. There were no visible signs or banners indicating the hotel's presence, making it difficult for us to find it. We had to rely on calling the hotel staff to guide us, which felt inconvenient.
Upon check-in, I was not informed about the complimentary beverage per stay, which was part of the VIP amenities. When I asked about it, I was surprised that I hadn't been notified earlier. Furthermore, the staff seemed unaware of the amenities and services, which was disappointing, especially considering I was a silver Expedia member.
However, I must mention that the room's ambience was pleasant, and the decor was nice. It was a lovely space to unwind after a long day.
To improve, I would suggest that the hotel work on its signage and visibility. Additionally, staff training and awareness about the hotel's amenities and services would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.
