Small and fine hotel close to the congress. No windows, simple furnishings. More "green" design. In a city with a relatively high price level, at least good public transport connections. No exceptional quality, but solid.

Matresses are extremely firm, like sleeping on the floor. Didn’t get much sleep and woke with a very sore back. Everything else was fine.

The room was small, smaller than an IBIS room There was no space or shelves to store anything. TV ws in an unfortunate position. the cooling/ heasting could not be adjusted there was a step from the floor to the bathroom,

Good location..close to metro station. Staff was friendly..especially Nicole and Anne. A portable heater was loaned to me as I was a bit cold. Although it was stated that there are laundry facilities at the hotel, there were none. Overall a good place to stay.

It is time for you to adjust your rooms to the prices and not adjust the price to rising prices. Your showers 🚿 have no doors. Your interior design is fine, but with defective air conditioning systems in wintry temperatures at this time of year, you make yourself extremely unsympathetic to let your guests freeze. If you think about what kind of people are down at the reception desk, you wonder if you even know what quality is and means. Putting every bum there who doesn't speak English simply doesn't do any good.

Excellent hotel- book with confidence
Great hotel in good location for public transport. All staff were friendly and professional and rooms were spotlessly clean. A minor issue - we had a few issues with keys not working causing extra trips back to reception. Breakfast seemed expensive for what was there and we’re glad we didn’t take this option, especially as there were takeaway food places very near the hotel at the station. The free coffee at reception was great and there were takeaway cups if needed. Overall highly recommended and we’ll definitely be staying there again next time we’re in Amsterdam 👍

The time to respond any query, before and during my stay was very poor. They offer WhatsApp as the mean of contact but they don’t respond. When I checked in I realized my room had no window. Never before in my life I needed to check in the room description if the room have a window or not. This was a long stay of 7 nights. I requested a room change for one with window, and after 2 days I got the change. The change process was quite bad managed. Taking this out, the hotel was good. Location is good. Be careful not to book a room without a window.

Unsere beiden Zimmer mit Badezimmer hatten keine Fenster! Dementsprechend war die Luft sehr schnell verbraucht und sehr schlecht. Kein Tageslicht und keine Lüftung. Das war bei der Buchung gar nicht klar, vor Ort war es nicht möglich das Zimmer zu wechseln, weil scheinbar nichts anderes frei war. Für ein Zimmer ohne Fenster war der Preis sehr hoch. Rezeptionspersonal sehr jung, unerfahren und kannte nicht mal die simpelsten Höflichkeitsformen.

Needed to book a hotel close to Schipol after my flight was cancelled. This is a quirky hotel and would not suit everyone. The bathroom is in a unit which is also part of the bed. My room had no windows which I did not like. This hotel is ok for a short stay but perhaps not for 3/4 nights. Excellent transport links and a good selection of restaurants nearby.

Das gute an der Unterkunft war ist das sie direkt neben der Tram/Metro ist , je nach dem welche man nimmt ist man nach ca 5 Haltestellen im Centraal. Schöner großer Park in der Nähe & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zb ein Albert Heijn. Das nicht so gute war leider unser Hotelzimmer. Es war gros genug so das wir uns normal darin bewegen können, hinter dem Bad war aber auch noch etwas Stauraum. Die Belichtung war ganz schön mit den LEDs die man nach belieben einstellen kann, das touchpad des led Kontrollzentrums könnte erneuert werden. Es waren noch einige andere Lichtquellen im Zimmer. Unser Ausblick war auf einen Hinterhof, was aber nicht weiter schlimm war da die Fenster Rollos hatten und eine milchglasfolie die das etwas verdeckt. Die Lüftung im Zimmer konnte man nicht ausschalten. Am Bett Richtung Kopf war die Wand des Badezimmers welche etwas locker war - man muss sich das so vorstellen das es zwei Würfel sind. ( im Badezimmer innen war aber alles zu) diese Wand hat beim schlafen gestört wenn man drangekommen ist. Das Bett hatte nur eine große Decke ( was gut ist für Paare die im Schlaf kuscheln , aber nicht für uns die eig. Eine eigene Decke brauchen :D) und zwei kleine Kissen ca 30-40 cm gross) Das Badezimmer hatte wenigstens eine Tür, welche man nicht abschließen konnte , was aber kein Problem dargestellt hatte. Handtücher, Föhn, Klopapier ,Duschgel und Lotion waren da. Uns war das Zimmer aber egal da wir die ganzen Tage immer nur draußen waren und nur dort geschlafen ha

An urban gem
A short trip to do some flat viewing in Amstelveen. The rooms were generously sized for the price, clean, modern and there were tons of great things near by, from Wagamama to Albert Heijns and lots of little cafes and restaurants. Amsterdam South is a stones throw away. Highly recommended!

EL PEOR HOTEL EN TODA EUROPA!!! Es un engaño total, los trabajadores son personas totalmente irrespetuosas con los clientes. Las personas que estaban en el front desk fueron muy groseros conmigo, no me ayudaron a gestionar mi reserva, luego no me ayudaron a conseguir otro hotel. Se inventaron que no había hecho la reserva y esta ya había sido paga. Me tiraron a la calle como un perro a las 11 pm. Desconsiderados y ladrones. Busca otro hotel.

Basic hotelkamer voor een vriendelijke prijs op 3 minuten van het Zuid station. Geheel volgens de verwachtingen. Professionele en vriendelijke in- en uitcheck. Prima voor als je een nacht moet overblijven aan de Zuid-As.
