A great hotel, the staff are very kind and helpful. We stayed in a Junior suite and it was lovely, but the noise from the street was quite loud. The trams run until 12:30 and begin again at 5:30. There is lots of Street activity too. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Towels were large and lush. Terry bathrobes and slippers provided. Our room on 4th floor was relatively quiet for a downtown hotel. Coffee and tea in well appointed lounge area available 24/7. Loved this hotel and a great location

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed at in Amsterdam. From the high quality staff to the large room that over looks the canal. It was a wonderful experience. Be sure to get the breakfast at the hotel from time to time. It’s also in a great area with lots to do and very walkable! I can’t wait to stay there again
