The room was super spacious, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They broke my higher bills (Euros) and were super accommodating. The room was perfect temperature with a very comfortable bed. Wifi was great, no complaints.

Excellent location, just a 10–15 minute trip from Amsterdam’s main attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and was very convenient, especially with an Albert Heijn supermarket right next door. The staff were amazing, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel lobby was clean, comfortable, and a pleasant place to relax. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here again.

This property was very clean - common areas and room. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet - it was exceptional. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area with several pubs and restaurants a very short walk away. Best bonus - proximity to the metro. We purchased a 3 days unlimited metro pass and loved how convenient it was to go to the city centre for our various tours/activities - it was a piece of cake to get around. There are a couple of parkettes behind the hotel to sit by a canal and take in the neighbourhood sites and sounds. Great property. Will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Amsterdam.

Front staff, especially April (this isn’t actually her name, but it sounds like April) was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and I appreciated that after arriving from a very long flight. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! I wasn’t expecting the assortment of food available, from the freshly made omelets, to pancakes, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, cereal, variety of juices, smoothies etc. Everything about the Hyatt was excellent. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to others.

We enjoyed the hotel as a family stay for leisure in Amsterdam. Check in was a bit delayed and they switched us to a room but we only had one king bed for the 3 of us. The hotel was nice and clean. Room was cleaned daily and fresh waters and towels. Our shower did have a weird sewer type smell from the drain everyday though. The area was nice and safe. Walkable coffee and restaurants and we walked to the zoo for our visit. Easy area to catch a taxi. The staff was nice and helped us book a taxi for our early flight. Quiet and safe area for a family stay.
